We are seeking a motivated Janitorial Specialist to join our team at a rapidly growing company located in the vibrant city of Phoenix. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Your day-to-day tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, as well as emptying trash receptacles and replenishing supplies. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing minor maintenance duties and reporting any issues to the facilities manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial or custodial work, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
