You will work closely with our Legal Research and Product teams to build optimized systems that deliver value to our customers. We are looking for individuals with past AI / ML experience that are excited about building the agentic professional services systems of the future.ResponsibilitiesProduct Iteration: Build novel AI-native workflows end-to-end, finding the balance between state-of-the-art and pragmatism.Stability: Deeply understand customer needs and identify product improvements, evaluating and improving our systems over time.Large Scale Data Processing: Work with a variety of large, unstructured data sources to develop our products.Prototyping: Identify new opportunities for AI solutions based on client needs, and set the direction and roadmap required to implement them.Evaluation: Design and implement analytics-driven evaluation systems that enable product growth.QualificationsCandidates should have 2+ YoE (post-BS/MS) in an AI / ML role. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
