The world can’t wait.You Have:8+ years of experience with practicing employment law in a law firm, corporate or government environmentExperience with advising clients and business partners at all levels of leadership on a wide range of employment-related matters, including employment claims, wage and hour issues, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, high-risk performance management issues, workplace safety, military and medical leaves, and accommodationsExperience with leading or advising on complex employment investigations of matters involving employee misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflict of interest, and other violations of law or policyExperience with managing and responding to administrative and government agency charges, audits, and requests, and managing outside legal counsel in employment litigation mattersAbility to listen actively and ensure that the right questions are being asked and answeredAbility to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutionsAbility to execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics and KPIsAbility to partner with client leaders and partners to build consensus on complex employment law and business issuesJ.D. degreeActive bar admission in any state or the District of ColumbiaNice If You Have:Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firmExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and durable solutionsExperience with working under pressure, managing multiple complex matters simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) counseling, executive compensation, merger and acquisitions due diligence, or Service Contract ActAbility to obtain a security clearanceBuild Your Career:Consulting at Booz Allen means empowering you to provide your customers with the best support. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD).
