What you'll do
We are looking for a butcher's apprentice who will learn the craft of whole animal butchering from the ground up.
We are seeking an apprentice for a FT schedule of 40 hours a week
Daily responsibilities include
Unloading deliveries
Assist the butcher with trim work, grinding, counter
