The Arc Minnesota works to promote and protect the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), actively supporting them and their families in a lifetime of full inclusion and participation in their communities. They provide information, assistance, advocacy, training, and education to the IDD community across the state. In addition, The Arc Minnesota fights alongside disabled leaders against isolation, segregation, and poverty, advocating for systems change at the local, state, and national levels.This position offers a wonderful opportunity to advance the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), to demonstrate The Arc Minnesota’s values of human and civil rights, self-advocacy, self-direction, equity and belonging, disability and racial justice, and guide the organization to have a broader reach and impact in the community.Target compensation range: $170,000 – 195,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note: Relocation to the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul is required for this position.
