Matternet is the leading developer of commercial drone delivery systems for urban and suburban environments. For more information about Matternet, please visit: : https://mttr.netMatternet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The CCO will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market plan, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial success in a high-growth technology company, a deep understanding of the logistics industry, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Build and lead a high-performing global sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching. Establish strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial and product strategies. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Develop and implement sales processes and tools to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Represent Matternet at industry events, conferences, and other forums. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in high-growth technology companies, with a focus on logistics, transportation, or related industries. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial success. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Analytical and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations.
