He/she provides leadership, directs, and supervises Fiscal personnel, purchasing activities, insurance, contracts, and leases. The CFO oversees the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the Agency. The individual is responsible for preparing internal and external financial reports, statements, and budgets. He/she will help the Agency sustain its mission by taking a proactive role in strategic planning and forecasting. The CFO provides oversight of the IT Division.A Master’s degree in finance/business administration or CPA required.Seven plus years progressive management experience with multiple diversified funding sources in a non-profit setting.Experience managing revenue/budgets exceeding 30 million dollars.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Salary: $200,000.00 – $230,000.00 annually
