Citi Global Wealth (CGW) is an integration of Citi Private Bank and the Consumer Wealth organization into a single platform enabling Citi to serve its clients across the wealth spectrum and capitalize on Citis industry leading capabilities to support the goal of CGW, which is to be the leading wealth management provider globally.This role is part of Citi Global Wealth Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Risk and Controls and will be responsible for developing and implementing an end-to-end framework for Citi Global Wealth (CGW) to ensure adherence with the Citi Global Wealth Services (OWS) Policy. The OWS Policy establishes standards and processes that align to Applicable Laws, for client facing activities conducted by **Citi Global Wealth,** US Personal Banking and Legacy Franchise (until completion of divestiture) Operating Units outside the Customers Country of domicile.This role will report directly to the Head of CGW Business Risk and Controls.**Responsibilities**+ **Framework** – Responsible for the developing and implementing an end-to-end management Offshore Wealth Services framework for Citi Global Wealth of issues from initiation, remediation and validation for a product, region of client segment.+ **Travel** Provide oversight of travel by CGW personnel to a Customer Country ensuring appropriate pre and post travel requirements are adhered to and in line with the requirements defined within the OWS Policy.+ **Training** Responsible for the training program in relation to the OWS Policy, Conduct Rules and the effective use of Activity Control System (ACS) by all personnel with Citi Global Wealth who are providing, supervising, or acting as a control function for OWS.+ **Self- Assessment ** Provide oversight over self-assessment activities against the requirements of the OWS Policy and the Conduct Rules of jurisdictions in which CGW has an active Country Activity Notice during the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) Annual Risk Assessment including monitoring and/or testing of related controls on a continuous basis in accordance with the MCA Standards and Procedures to the Operational Risk Management Policy.+ **Procedures ** Develop, communicate, and implement supplemental procedures, where required, to enhance controls, and methods for compliance with the OWS Policy and Conduct Rules.+ Partner with Independent Compliance Risk Monitoring (ICRM) to Citis Offshore Wealth Services Policy requirements are well understood and communicated across Citi Global Wealth Management client segments, products and regions.+ Partnering with other ICRM teams and global functions, including Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology, and Finance to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.+ Analyzing and scoping the impact of new and complex regulatory developments across CGW, including cross-border impact.+ Act as as a subject matter expert on Citis OWS programs and provides expert guidance to Citi Global Wealth / on a real-time basis to manage compliance risk.+ Focus on continuous control improvements across all areas to ensure continued improvement of the control framework in an efficient, cost effective, streamlined, and value-add manner.+ Assist with Internal Audit or Compliance queries in relation to CGW OWS Framework.+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.**Qualification, Experience and Skills:**+ Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in working within a risk, control, compliance, legal or audit function with expertise of Compliance laws and regulations.+ Minimum of 5 years experience in project planning, tracking, delivery and reporting.+ Extensive experience in risk and control, supervision, quality assurance / control and monitoring processes.+ Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience with a proven track record to effectively drive and lead change by working effectively cross-boundaries in a global organization.+ Meaningful knowledge of the risk management framework, including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governance.+ Experience working horizontally across an organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations of major policy and relevant risk programs.+ Good understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions including local and US laws, international and industry standard+ Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the executive management level by providing proactive support and advice on a variety of risk matters.+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, and in particular ability to assess and contribute to the content of key risk and control reporting.+ Ability to lead by example, strong influential and interpersonal skills, used to deliver results and push the organization
