Custodian – Chicago

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Custodian to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and common areas, removing trash, mopping floors, and performing minor repairs as needed. The Custodian will also be responsible for monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, notifying management of any maintenance issues, and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous custodial experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be physically able to lift and move objects, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
