Custodian Position in Chicago

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team in Chicago. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, common areas, and offices, as well as removing trash and recycling materials. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and possess good time management skills. Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred, but not required.
