Custodian Position in Dallas

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team in Dallas. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces. Additionally, you will be tasked with emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous custodial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates with additional certifications in custodial services will be given preference.
