Custodian Position in New York City

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team in New York City. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash bins, mopping floors, and dusting surfaces. Additionally, you will be tasked with minor maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and reporting any major repairs needed. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in custodial work, possess basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
