Custodian Position in New York City

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team in New York City. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring all areas are well-maintained. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

– Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
– Good communication skills
– Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
