Custodian Position in Phoenix

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented custodian to join our team in Phoenix. As a custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas, as well as emptying trash receptacles and cleaning restrooms. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
