Job Summary: We are seeking exceptional talents to join our team as Customer Success Manager Graduates. In this role, you will undergo intensive training and mentorship, evolving from a field technician to a proficient Customer Success Manager (CSM). We are committed to investing in your education and development, equipping you with the essential tools and knowledge required to excel as a CSM. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with growers and prospects. Introduce growers to Phytech’s application services and guide them in understanding its benefits. Drive adoption and ensure effective usage of Phytech applications among customers. Proactively advise growers on irrigation management and provide actionable recommendations. Offer comprehensive support to growers, encompassing agronomical and other relevant aspects. Spearhead the expansion of Phytech services within existing customer accounts. Conduct installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, ensuring seamless operations. Collaborate closely with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tasks and interactions. Job Requirements: Demonstrated achievements and experience within the agriculture industry. Genuine passion for agriculture and a strong desire to contribute to growers’ success. Proven track record in building and fostering relationships with growers in the specific area. Dedication to making a positive impact on the community by helping farmers optimize production. Willingness to be geographically mobile, covering multiple locations per day. Preferred Qualifications: Degree focused on agriculture or related fields. Hold CCA, PCA, or CAIS licenses, showcasing a commitment to professional growth. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse growers. Practical hands-on experience in agriculture, providing valuable insights into grower challenges.
