Director, Business Intelligence

First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence who will oversee the strategies, processes, applications, data, technologies, and technology architecture surrounding and supporting the Business Intelligence program at First Entertainment Credit Union.The position is responsible for defining and managing priorities and projects for inter-disciplinary teams working on aspects of Business Intelligence relevant to specific business units. The Director, Business Intelligence is also responsible for analyzing organizational data to provide data driven insights and creating analytics which assist in optimizing performance and operational success across the Credit Union. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the VP of Enterprise Technology and Data and is based in Hollywood, CA. The minimum and maximum salary range for this position is 142,367.66 $ to $213,551.49 in California. The target starting pay is between $142,367.66 to $177,959.58.Responsibilities ·Deliver comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions, including reporting, analytics, visualizations, and overseeing the creation and management of the Data Warehouse.·Partner with Leaders to establish and continually reinforce data governance practices creating and maintaining a KPI Catalog to standardize data reporting logic.·Effectively leverage data visualization tools such as Power BI to create impactful and insightful visuals that assist Leadership with business decisions.·Proactively identify enhancement opportunities to continuously improve technologies and applications and effectively deliver Data and Analytics to enhance the Credit Union’s competitive position.·Closely collaborate with various levels of management;
