This includes the Blood Services website, blood donor app, blood drive sponsor portal, donor loyalty platform, and other related platforms, as well as, interaction between front end systems and the direction, strategy and roadmap for the supporting CRM and other enterprise systemsWorks with Marketing managers to understand new initiatives and strategies that require support or enablement via donor-facing platformsManages a cross-functional team in a highly matrixed environment across the Red Cross enterprise to develop and drive implementation of the digital roadmap, including IT scrum team resources, partner teams for testing, optimization, and analytics, SEO optimization, and content creation.Manages a team of digital product managers to maintain the website, app, and related platforms and works cooperatively across the organization, IT and outside vendors/partners. Oversees and directs the work of an IT scrum team.Monitors and analyzes overall digital performance and identifies, prioritizes and executes on opportunities for improvement in market effectiveness.Serves as a digital ambassador to ensure that innovative digital capabilities are identified, evaluated and road-mapped; develops business cases to support important enhancementsContinuously evaluates the effectiveness of the conversion funnel(s) to drive improvements.Supports the online needs of all Biomedical Services units, including Hospital Sales & Marketing, Medical Office, Direct Patient Care Services, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Donor Recruitment, and others as appropriate.Ensures compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirementsOversees third party contracts and vendors supporting our donor-facing digital platformsKeeps abreast of current digital best practices and the use of digital recruitment tools and technologies to support innovation at the American Red Cross.Drives the analytical framework to optimize digital conversionsWHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.Minimum of 7 years experience in Digital Marketing Systems.Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.Experience working in a digital product owner role in an agile environment.Experience in UX design, conversion flow optimization, managing transactional web applications and a solid understanding of APIs, roadmap prioritization, and scrum team oversight.Experience in managing a complex large-scale website and understanding of technologies and processes involved in running web and mobile apps at scale.
