Be available to give answers about expenditures and otherfiscal related matters concerning the business aspects of the Center.* Meet regularly with the Officer/Director of Seattle Social Services, Directors and Managers toparticipate in setting priorities within each program and to coordinate recommendations forrepairs, remodeling, and replacement of facilities and equipment.* Analyzing financial data and developing recommendations for improving profitability* Creating budgets and managing expenses to ensure that costs do not exceed income.* Ensuring that the company complies with state and federal laws and regulations affectingbusiness operations.* Represent The Salvation Army in community collaborative groups as assigned by theOfficer/Director of Seattle Social Services* Maintain clear channels of communication with the Officer/Director, other directors, supportstaff and necessary personnel and program participants.
