We fulfill our responsibility to our country by delivering mission-changing results that help shape a better and safer world.Description:Director of Clarity LabsAs the Director of Clarity Labs, you are responsible for leading a dynamic team of product/project managers, engineers, architects, and innovators who are creating the future of dynamic technological solutions for the national security mission. This role requires your ability to play strategic thinker and leader of the brightest minds while managing the tactical business operations of the internal research and development arm of Clarity. You will also need to be able to discuss complex technological solutions in simple terms while engaging with executive leadership from across the federal organizations dedicated to the National Security mission of the United States as well as commercial companies across the private sector.Requirements:Demonstrated value in growing business opportunities while developing, marketing, deploying, operating and enhancing software products in three or more of the cyber network operations, cloud platforms, software engineering, data engineering and/or business intelligence fieldsExperience creating and growing a startup technology services/product company from ideation through maturationExperience in leading IR&D teams for commercial and/or government organizations10+ years of experience working within the public sector technology modernization spaceDemonstrated knowledge of the national security mission and current technology modernization opportunities and challenges within the public sectorDemonstrated experience in driving a people-first organization focused on building leaders, thinkers, and doers while embodying the Clarity culture of honesty, humility, kindness and driving outcomesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or related fieldMaster’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering or related fieldExperience working as a government civilianCLEARANCE:Must possess an active Secret level clearance; TS/SCI preferredClarity Innovations provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex,sexual orientation,gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, or any other protected class.
