This programming is to inspire a relationship with Jesus, deepen the understanding and appreciation of our Catholic tradition, and encourage engagement in the parish community.St. Norbert & Our Lady of the Brook is a parish community that is mission-based, relationship centered and open to all. Our four pillars—we belong, journey, celebrate and witness together—guide our work.The Director must demonstrate strong leadership skills necessary to identify, develop, and retain teams of paid staff and volunteer leaders critical to the success of parish ministry. The position reports to the pastor, serves on the Leadership Team, and supervises the Faith Formation office staff and over 50 catechists and programming volunteers for the 400 student K-8 program.Requirements:Requirements:• Practicing Catholic with understanding and support for Catholic teaching, mission and values.• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Pastoral Studies, Theology, Faith Formation, or equivalent.• Previous experience participating in a parish faith formation program.• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clergy, staff, parish leaders, volunteers and program participants.• Strong working knowledge of Office 365 suite of products and highly comfortable navigating databases.
