Director of Leasing

Overview RW Real Estate Group and AGW Partners (the “Company”) are commonly controlled commercial real estate investment firms based in New York City.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate professional to lead our leasing efforts across our portfolio in the Northeast, which consists of over 90 properties, 1.5 million square feet, and 400 tenants. The ideal candidate consists of a consummate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and leasing, with the ability to add immediate value to our portfolio through leading the Company’s efforts with respect to leasing vacant spaces and negotiating tenant renewals.We have deep expertise and an exceptional track record in the ownership and asset management of retail assets. In addition, our Company controls a national retailer, enhancing the lens and strategy in which we approach leasing our properties.Our Northeast Portfolio predominately includes locations in the NY Metro Area, mainly consisting of the NYC boroughs, Fairfield County, and Westchester County. If you are an experienced real estate professional who is a motivated self-starter with relevant experience, strong leadership qualities, and have a high bar for excellence, we encourage you to submit your interest in this senior role.Responsibilities: Oversee leasing, marketing, outreach, negotiation, and overall operation of leasing vacant spaces Oversee negotiation and overall operation of renewing existing tenants Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders Contribute to informed business and leasing decisions Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with our current tenant mix along with new tenants Oversee, develop, and manage marketing strategies for each individual property Collaborate directly and daily with Company leadership to strategize and implement leasing efforts Requirements for Experience, Education, and Skillset: Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills Strong time management skills; ability to maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks High level of motivation and hunger for success Must be based in New York and able to work in Manhattan office
