You will collaboratewithclientsundertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT)engagements to understand their business, end-customerneeds, and then constantly deliver valuewith fast increment cycles.Your Impact:Partnerwith client(s), strategists, experience leads, and architectsto framebusiness goalsandvalue pools from which we can shape product propositionsthatprovide transformative business outcomes and customer experienceGain deep insight into client’s problems and become a trusted thought partner and advisor to senior client executives and ensure high levels of client satisfactionDevelop product vision, strategy, market/user research, by keeping the customer at the center of everything we do while using design thinking toolsEstablish customer journey mapping to guide product development; then validate that learning with user testingRepresent client in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders where you identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options through customer centricity and applying design thinking.Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research, and industry and market trend analysisTranslate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritizedfeatures that will realize the product vision andvalue. Specific emphasis on:Ability to be “hands on” when needed especially as it relates to problem solving and generation of business solution optionsAbility to work closely with the team, including modeling and rapid prototyping in instances where complex business features require it for progressing furtherValidate and present the business case to the C – level executives and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features. Specific emphasis on:Navigating the client stakeholder landscape to solve issues and build consensus on solutionsBeing politically savvy and able to maneuver amongst business and IT stakeholders and/or across various levels of client stakeholders (PO, Directors and VPs)Strong ability to distil and abstract information for consumption (especially as it relates to solution options, complex business issues) by the relevant audience (such as client’s operational and commercial business owners)Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, always understanding the customer needs. Specific emphasis on:An ability to communicate to stakeholders at various levels and functions within the organization i.e., be able to tune the message and connect with both, operational and commercial stakeholders and/or with client BAs and executive business sponsorEstablish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes. Specific emphasis on:Problem solving, an ability to rapidly assimilate the information on the issue being discussed (the individual is not expected to understand every detail), pull in the appropriate stakeholder, outline a resolution path to get to desired business outcomesMasterfully apply Lean Agile practicesand frameworksCollaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment towards the same program increment (PI) objectives. Specific emphasis on:Managing overall Product direction across releases, tracks of work and business areasAdept at escalating and resolving areas of ambiguity (with team and clients) including discussions on business scopeCollaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers. Specific emphasis on:Understanding of the underlying technology and architecture to engage in meaningful discussions with system architects and development leadsRepresent industry best practice and market trends to assist the client in maintaining competitive advantageBuild and maintain a trusting relationship with theclient, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority. Specific emphasis on:Be a team player, have the ability to work closely and improve the effectiveness of SPOs, BAs and POs (both Publicis Sapient and client personnel on the team)Act as an enabler to the team, give them autonomy to take decisions, outline paths and then be able to build consensus & take them along the journeyQualificationsProven success in implementing Agile methodologies within the healthcare vertical, with a focus on payer-related projects.Demonstrated expertise in navigating payer dynamics and comprehensive understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, ensuring strategic execution of initiatives in this complex environment.Significant industry knowledge and thought leader-level abilities with, and a proven record of success directing B2C and B2B in professional consulting services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate product strategies and portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers.Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize flow of value with a passion to extend this understanding throughout the organizationExperience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and servicesProven ability in collaborating and leading Program Increment (PI) cyclesProven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholdersPractice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideationAbility to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature incrementsProven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
