Trident believes that our employees are the most foremost reason for our success, allowing us to be the leader in the Seafood industry.* **Description****Summary**: Trident is seeking a Director SAP Delivery and Architecture to join the Trident team to work on an exciting transformation initiative. This is a critical global transformation to improve supply chain efficiency, deliver world-class sales performance, and provide the fuel to rebuild its infrastructure, including its vessels and Alaska factories. The company has selected SAP S/4HANA as its future ERP system, transitioning from a legacy JD Edwards platform in the US and Japan, and an older SAP instance in Europe. This will be a techno-functional role supporting the successful delivery of the SAP project across different workstreams. This position reports to the Global SAP Leader and will serve as a key member of Tridents ERP SAP implementation team. **Key Responsibilities:****SAP Delivery** * Provide SAP Delivery, leveraging project management skills and tools to establish direction, set priorities, align resources, and manage and track successful execution * Serve in partnership with the systems implementation (SI) partners project manager to develop and oversee detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports * Identify project risks and develops risk mitigation plans * Translate business requirements to deliver impact, manage expectations, and communicate throughout the project * Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback to the Global SAP Leader and other senior management team members * Motivate others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met * Leverage functional and technical skills to define current and future state processes, conducts business process mapping, and requirement gathering sessions * Lead relevant workshops to map business process requirements for system functionality, determine gaps, and recommend solutions for identified gaps. * Communicate activities that highlight and publicizes plans, goals, and results of SAP implementation * Escalate business issues for resolution, in coordination with the SI team: + Manage expectations/performance among the core project team to deliver objectives. + Build long-term relationships between multiple departments to drive engagement and influences decision-making to optimize requirements prioritization.**SAP Architecture*** Set and influence SAP strategic direction. Demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situation. * Works closely with stakeholders from various lines of business to develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps. * Analyze the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement such as enhancing business processes, expanding capacity, reducing time and cost, and increasing overall effectiveness. * Own the overall SAP application architecture based on industry-standard architectural frameworks. Document the SAP enterprise architecture design and analysis work. * Develop/ maintain capability road map of the enterprise portfolio from current to future state. * Consult with application or infrastructure SMEs to fit systems or infrastructure to the broader company architecture, and collaboratively works with delivery teams to modify the solution architecture in order to accommodate specific project needs. * Analyze technology, industry, and SaaS/Cloud trends to determine the potential impact to the enterprise. Maintains relationships with SAP ecosystem vendors and maintains vendor roadmaps. Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards. **Additional Responsibilities:*** Acquire knowledge of Tridents Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions. * Notify designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings. * Perform other responsibilities, as assigned. **Minimum Requirements****Experience:** * Documented project experience in leading two or more full SAP project lifecycles on multi-year, multi-phase, multi-discipline SAP projects. * Advanced knowledge of project management and business analysis tools, principles, practices, procedures. Efficiently navigate through other IT processes related to development, testing, change management, etc. * Evidence of successfully managing diverse project teams (e.g., outsourced, multi-vendor, or geographically distributed) * Experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation OR implementation of one of the SAP Cloud applications using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology * Experience working with various project and portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., Planview, MS Project, SharePoint, Agile/Scrum methods/waterfall). * Maintains an understanding of multiple business areas supported. * Proven track record of strong people and program management. **Education:*** Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems, mathematics, or engineering plus 10+ years of managing multiple multi-year IT-related projects reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. **Qualifications:*** The individual selected for this position must have exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and proven project management skills, while adept at navigating and leading decisive discussions with various levels of the organization * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to articulate complex concepts in both a technical and non-technical manner. * Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with all levels across the business. * Experience and passion for being a change agent.
