If you’re looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Supply Chain for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.Responsibilities:+ Lead client engagements and work streams related to circularity, waste and greenhouse gas emissions reductions, and the plastics and recycling value chain; help ensure timely execution of project deliverables+ Provide oversight of day-to-day project work and highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle; demonstrate leadership skills around managing a sizeable team and act as the point person for client leadership communications+ Provide strategic direction to clients on the topic of circularity, including the business drivers and benefits, market as well as technical requirements and constraints, and the regulatory environment+ Establish client value propositions that tie financial metrics and CFO focus areas directly to circular transformation opportunities; give strategic direction to clients on pilot development and expansion, cross-functional governance and integration, and measurement and reporting+ Assist with proposal and business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives+ Lead go-to-market activities, including thought leadership and sales campaigns, with senior oversight to drive circularity engagements and investmentsQualifications:+ Minimum of eight years of recent consulting experience in supply chain, logistics, strategy, and/or business transformation with senior executives; Minimum of three years of sustainability experience focused on circularity, waste reduction, recycling, decarbonization, and/or supply chain in consumer goods, retail, technology, or cross industry+ Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university; MBA from an accredited college or university preferred+ Significant experience engaging with and presenting to senior business leaders in client organizations, with documented sales and client account development experience+ Travel may be required+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local/state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges.
