You will take ownership of revenue generation, developing opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, creating and executing on account strategies, closing enterprise-level deals, and driving client growth and expansion. You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of client opportunities in your market. You are responsible for developing long-term, valued trust-based partnerships and unparalleled customer service with our clients. Distillery is looking for a highly qualified West Coast Regional Sales Director interested in a sales leadership role. This leader will help us expand our West Coast sales team.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully present, promote, and sell Distillery’s services to existing and prospective customersFocus on prospecting and networking to develop new relationships Help potential clients discover unmet needs and explore how Distillery can deliver extraordinary valueProvide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitabilitySuccessfully position Distillery’s services to senior executives, VPs and Director-level buyers, and entrepreneursCollaborate with Account Managers, Recruiters, and Delivery leaders to manage account success plansParticipate in Sales Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and modify go-to-market plans as requiredCreate and drive a go-to-market portfolio strategy for assigned accountsAccurate and on-time forecast reportingManage activity and pipeline in Salesforce to exceed your goalsPartner with contract management to develop and execute MSAs and Statements of Work Requirements7+ years of success selling IT staff augmentation or managed services7 years in a revenue-generating role, carrying a quota, and managing a rapidly increasing P&LExperience in leading and growing a sales team or regionExperience selling nearshore/offshore resources is a plusPossess a pre-existing active and current network with a recent consistent track record of managing multiple complex clients and projectsStrong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and meet and exceed targetsSubstantial experience leading outbound prospectingComfortable driving client conversations focused on digital transformation, digital product development, user experience & design, engineering, data & analytics, DevOps, cloud, quality assurance, and agile methodologiesAbility to meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotasProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsUndeterred by ambiguity, uncertainty, and lack of resources and are comfortable without a rigid formal structureWhy You’ll Like Working HereThe ability to work on and partner with multi-national teams that are committed to our BEST core values: Best People, Best Expertise, Best Service, Best TeamworkA generous, competitive compensation package for exceptional performersUncapped commissionUnlimited PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, basic life and AD&D, and a 401K plan with an employer match Distillery is a full-service software development company.
