Description:Opening or Closing of restaurant, leading team of 25+. Scheduling all FOH staff and reviewing BOH schedule for labor budget.Hiring and training. Holding all staff accountable for their position. Guest safety from cleanliness to food and drink preparation. Work week of 50 hours per week. Following a labor budget weekly. Keeping food and beverage cost in line with the standard.Familiarization with Aloha POS system.Requirements:Previous management role for more than 12 months.Additional Info:Pay varies off of experience, paid vacation, paid holidays.
