**General Manager (Distribution)**SPA, 1905 East Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, Minnesota, United States of America Req #183 Tuesday, February 15, 2022 **SPA,** a **TRG** company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a **General Manager** to support our Minneapolis, MN facility. As a **General Manager** you will oversee daily operational, accounting and sales management needs of the facility and Distribution Business. **SPA/The Royal Group** truly values our employees as our greatest asset and we strive to support both you and your family at work and in life. **ESSENTIAL** **JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:*** Provide Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Revenue Forecasting. * Manage Account/Sales Management Team, including Wayzata and Bentonville office, to achieve Sales Goals. * Create annual sales goals. * Conduit with Operations on business shipping, returns handling needs. * Facilitate conversations with Accounting to provide communication back to Supplier partners. * Facilitate conversations with Accounting to obtain details outstanding from Retail partners in order to process transactions. * Hold regular meetings with top Suppliers to review business and identify new opportunities. * Participate in regular meetings with Retail Partners. * Work with Sales Team on retailer/supplier pricing/margin strategies. * Complete Consignment Inventory Reconciliations for Best Buy. **REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:*** Minimum 3-5 years of operations and management experience within the distribution business. * Bachelors Degree in business (Business Management, Accounting, or Marketing). **REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:*** Process acumen, results-driven and possess strong communications skills to communicate with others in a professional, concise manner. * Ability to write reports and business correspondence. * The ability to forecast, budget, and conduct Inventory reconciliations.
