We’re searching for a true leader and dynamic executor to join us as our Head of Sales to drive both short and long term growth all while building a sales team and infrastructure for the future.You might be “The One” if you:Have built successful businesses from the ground up and know what it takes to be successful in today’s challenging marketplace OR have been a key contributor at another organization winning business and meeting or exceeding expectations. Have an established rolodex of small businesses and are well-connected in the startup scene OR you just have a knack for building relationships and providing value through some of your own past work (i.e. podcasts, blogs, speaking engagements, etc.).You are charismatic and engaging. You don’t mind being a face of the company — contributing to videos, speaking at conferences, blog posts, etc. You have the talent to execute on all levels and find new ways to build relationships and provide value. Are experienced in Sales — from building a sales process, creating good-looking proposals and training programs, and eventually starting a Sales Team. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close.Understand clients’ objectives and challenges and can match them with our capabilities. If they aren’t a fit for our agency — we want to keep them “in the family” with one of our partners. You will build a dynamic marketing plan for Craze and work with the executive and creative teams to execute and deploy. Qualifications:Professional sales experience (4-6 years of direct sales experience; B2B preferred). History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. We will ask for specifics : )Proven ability to operate both successfully and collaboratively with a sales organization.Thorough understanding of the full-sales cycle and digital media operations. This includes researching, prospectiving, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
