Bemana is searching for a Director of Human Resources to join a rapidly growing Power Gen/Industrial company in Seattle.What’s In It For You:Health, Dental/Vision, Life Insurance. etc.15 Paid Time Off (“PTO”) days, 9 Paid Holiday’s401(k) MatchingHealth Savings AccountParental Leave PayAnd more!Responsibilities: Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization’s compliance.Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, including HR records, and update Company policies accordingly.Hiring strategy and program executionto allow the planned growth and to mitigate the natural turnoverRetention strategy, career management and program execution to deliver targeted turnover levelOversee the new employee integration process (including orientation and standard onboarding oversee).Develops and leads employee experience and engagement feedback systemConsults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CFO or CEO, on personnel matters.Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization’s wage and salary program.Develop in collaboration with the CFO/Controller and provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, retention, etc.Willing to travel up to 60% Experience/Education Requirements:12+ years of experience in General HR and career management in a labor-intensive environment (service preferred).Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience.Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree considered based on experience.SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential a plusHRIS systems experienceCommunicative in Spanish a plusApplication ProcessIf your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.If your experience does not match this job description, we still encourage you to reach out to one of our recruiters, so we can learn about your professional aspirations for future job openings.About BemanaBemana provides recruiting services to the nation’s equipment and industrial sectors.
