Labor & Employment Associate/Counsel – San Francisco

Our client’s Labor & Employment team is growing across their California offices and looking for California admitted attorneys to grow with them in their San Francisco office! This is an opportunity to join an active team defending against complex employment actions in state and federal court, including pay equity class actions. You will be counseling clients on employment law compliance issues, employment aspects of M&A transactions, together with litigating Trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower (SOX, Dodd Frank), and high stakes single plaintiff employment actions. From established global public companies to small startups, clients rely on this team for their people!
