Job DescriptionA reputable insurance defense law firm in sunny Los Angeles, CA that specializes in property damage, premises liability and construction defects is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing 10-15 cases where you will engage in all phases of litigation from conducting depositions and drafting motions to planning defense, participating in mediations, and eventually making court appearances. The firm is looking for smart and capable candidates with a civil litigation, personal injury or employment law background, who thrive on challenges and are ready to make a significant mark in their legal career.
