Litigation Associate – San Francisco, CA

Minth is looking for an associate to join our growing litigation team in San Francisco, with a focus on complex commercial disputes that include class actions, technology-related litigation, real estate, land use and environmental litigation. Mintz has a national reputation as a go-to firm for high-stakes litigation and regularly represents clients on their most critical litigation matters, in California and throughout the country. Responsibilities: Candidates will be expected to perform and/or support all aspects of litigation work, including legal research, brief-writing, written discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Successful candidates will be committed to excellence, teamwork and superior client service. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation, preferably in some or all of the following areas: class action, real estate, land use, and environmental. We require a strong academic background and excellent communication and writing skills. Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of California.
