Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the vibrant city of New York. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and conducting repairs as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as assisting with building security protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
