Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chicago. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality. Your duties will include performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role. HVAC certification and knowledge of building codes are desirable but not mandatory.
