Please have Beauty Marketing experience if applying.As part of our team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of brand marketing, with a special focus on the US & Canada markets, while also making a splash on the global stage.Job Description:Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Senior Manager on category marketing activities and plans, bringing your creative energy to execute global strategies across regions and accounts.Work hand-in-hand with our Product Development and Creative teams to bring our Beauty products to life, from digital and social assets to promotional displays and packaging.Keep a tight grip on category budgets and project management, ensuring every detail is aligned for flawless execution.Offer valuable insights and recommendations for promotional planning and marketing support activities to elevate our brand presence.Collaborate on digital media and communications, from briefing agencies to setting KPIs and goals, always on the lookout for exciting new platform opportunities.Champion key marketing initiatives on a global scale, including consumer sampling activations and public relations activities, while serving as the main point of contact for external agencies.Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure brand integration and flawless execution of all programs.Provide essential support to our e-commerce team to ensure our products shine on our website.Report directly to our Global Marketing Senior Manager, keeping them in the loop on all your exciting projects.Knowledge/Experience, Skills:Detail-oriented, collaborative, and brimming with positivity.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.Marketing major required; MBA desired.Experience and knowledge in social and digital media, with a knack for strategic planning and execution.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Results-oriented mindset, with a knack for driving success.Proficient in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and more.If you’re ready to unleash your creativity, collaborate with an incredible team, and make a mark in the world of Global Beauty marketing, we want to hear from you!sharon@engagestaff.com
