We’re building a large scalable product and it’d be an exciting journey to work on every component.You’ll be responsible for building a highly available, fault tolerant and highly scalable platform. We’re looking at millions of calls and thousands of users hosted in highly stable environment.Bring in best practices from your expert experience on every layer you’ve worked with.Work with other engineers to build a robust platform implementing stress tests, resiliency components and measuring latency at every point of inflection. We’re obsessed with high performance networks and systems, and you’ll be responsible for building along with the team of skilled individuals.You’ll bring expert opinion to the table. We’re looking for prolific individuals who know the landscape very well.Required Skills:The ideal candidate should be having 2-10 years of work experience and possess the following skills :Should have experience with telephony protocols like SIP, RTP, WebRTC.Should have expert understanding of networking between components of telephony infrastructure e.g. candidate resolution in WebRTC connectivity must not be an alient concept to you, you’ll know how are signalling and data packets routed through complex network and will be able to independently debug any components involved in the design.Experience with tooling in telephony infra e.g. monitoring, logging, profiling, deployments and dynamic templating of media servers and SIP proxies.Strong understanding of protocols and freeSWITCH, Kamailio, openSIPS. You should have hands-on experience on these.Strong experience on coding and debugging skills in Go or C and Javaand good Knowledge of Linux. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’sdiscretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
