For our clients, a better tomorrow is about building trust and delivering high-quality offerings that help them solve some of society’s toughest challenges.When you join our team, you commit to working Together as an inclusive team, Today and every day, guided by our core values to fulfill our purpose.Crowe is looking for a Process Optimization and Robotics Senior Consultant with the drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment supporting our larger client base in the technology, media & telecommunications industry while focused on some of the longer-term project needs of our clients.This position has limited travel, with client work primarily being performed remotely.This individual will be a contributing team member in our Process Optimization and Robotics Consulting practice, while working alongside the client and their teams on various areas including ISO, SOC, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, ISMAP. RPA Development and Process Automation for internal audit processes, security and compliance processes, financial processes, business processes, and similar engagements.While RPA experience is preferred, a successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in different areas of information systems compliance.Typical responsibilities include:Lead clients through the compliance process from initial certification to annual assessmentsAssist clients in learning how to approach new controls and areas of compliancePresent pre and post compliance review results to client leadership, including plans on how to address shortcomings in review resultsPerform as a cybersecurity SME on client engagementsAct as an advocate for the client’s cybersecurity team to other departmentsCode, test, debug, implement, and document RPA / Process Automation programsModify company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-userResearch and analyze use of existing systems and program requirements and preparing documentation to change existing programsPerform data analysis to support internal and external project needsDesign RPA / Process Automation programs for projects or enhancements to existing programsWrite specifications for programsResolve routine production support problemsAssist in completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating resultsDevelop screen tests, debugging problems and test plans to verify logic of new or modified programsCreate documentation of compliance and RPA / Process Automation programsConduct routine quality assurance activitiesEducate internal resources to obtain compliance skillsetsQualifications:Educational and Professional CredentialsBachelor’s degree is required; major in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or similar preferred1 to 2+ years of development experience in either UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere3+ years of experience with IT compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, CSF, FedRAMP)Preferred Knowledge and SkillsRelevant entry level cybersecurity certification: Security+, SSCP, ITCADevelopment experience in any of the following (Kali Linux, Python, Java, Swift, C#, C++, JavaScript, SQL, Ruby, Go, VBA)Knowledge and experience in Data ScienceRemain abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standardsTechnical knowledge in any of the following (SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, JDE; Operating Systems and Databases such as Windows, SQL, iSeries, UNIX, LINUX; Cloud, AWS, Azure)Technical skills in ERP security administration, configuration controls, application controls, report baselining, interface reviews, configuration reviews or system implementationsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment either onsite or at homeFlexibility to work with team in multiple time zones, including with offshore developersStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationshipsPassion, flexibility and patience to learn new things while improving processesProject Management and supervisory experienceBuild a Successful Future in ConsultingAt Crowe, Consulting professionals provide thought leadership, process expertise, technology insight and help clients identify, assess, evaluate, and reduce risks. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
