In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Monmouth wants to hear from you!Registered Nurse-RN Nursing Leadership Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicensePrevious long-term care experience, in leadership capacity role preferredWound Care/Infection Prevention experience preferred, not requiredDirectly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.Registered Nurse-RN Nursing Leadership Schedules & Benefits:Daily Pay OptionHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancement.Complete Care at Monmouth is an equal opportunity employer.#LI-JG1#CC2024
