Role and Responsibilities:#P1. Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions and injuries.2. Administer medications, perform procedures such as IV placement and wound care, and assist with diagnostic tests.3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.4. Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, providing timely updates to the healthcare team.5. Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.Most Common Procedures:1. IV placement2. Wound care3. Medication administration4.
