Sales Director

Client Summarization: Our client is a virtual practice/business in a box for doctors it delivers patients, medical coverage, Virtual workspace, EHR, E-prescribing, and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions that enable flexibility for the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the “ball and chain” that come with it. We are seeking a Sales Director who will manage all the sales operations in our business. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions’ accounts. Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. You will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:

5 to 7 years of direct sales experience and managing a department or
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or relevant field
SaaS/software and/or medical/healthcare background is a HUGE plus!
3 to 5 years of experience managing a small team
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
Proven ability to maximize sales
Capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent negotiation skills and leadership skills

Essential Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating your Sales team to improve customer service with clients
Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
Cultivating and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
Not afraid to “get hands dirty” and support team while working with clients
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
Create and maintain detailed and accurate sales reports
Working with clients and customers to better understand their business needs and goals
Building and maintaining good customer relationships with clients and vendors
Assessing costs, competition and supply and demand to identify selling prices
Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
Establishing a sales training program to train new sales staff
Meeting with Director of Operations and CEO to assess company performance
Exceeding annual sales targets
Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

Base Range- $82,009K – $87,018K; Commission 50/50/25 OTE plan- 50% of the base from day 1, plus another 50% paid quarterly as goals are met, and an additional 25% of revenue for exceeding sales goals
1099 Contract with the possibility of W2 employment after 90-day review
Remote, must be US Citizen; No relocation necessary
