Initially, this will be an individual role, with the potential to grow and manage a team after demonstrated success. As the Senior Director of Engineering Operations, you will be deeply passionate and knowledgeable about outcome-driven, modern engineering development methodologies and frameworks. You will own the engineering SDLC, Staff+ engineering group, engineering Communities of Practice, engineering career ladder, and hiring. You will communicate the vision and direction for Docker’s engineering teams. Your customers will be a variety of internal constituents, including the CTO, the CEO, Engineering directors and cross-functional Development teams, and business partners across Docker.
