Join our Environment and Health department as our new Senior Managing Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our new Senior Managing Consultant, you will join our stellar team that supports clients with a wide range of environmental issues. We are seeking candidates with business development talent to primarily support work focused on site solutions (i.e., investigation and remediation) including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and inorganics. Applicants must possess a degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline (i.e., chemical engineering, environmental engineering, civil engineering, etc.) and at least 15 years of relevant work experience, largely in a consulting environment. Practice or specialty areas may include: Expert Services (litigation support, consulting and/or testifying expert)** Fate and transport analyses** Site Investigation/Remediation **Extra emphasis will be placed on candidates with these skill sets. Your key responsibilities will include: Identifying and pursuing business opportunities Managing projects, clients, and regulatory agency relations Demonstrating thought leadership, through activities which may include presenting and publishing scientific findings, preparing client alerts or presenting webinars on relevant topics, and participating in local, national and international scientific, professional and trade group meetings Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and business units Guiding staff in their careers and promoting staff development Your new team As part of the site solutions team, you will be part of a creative group, filled with people who are really excited about solving clients’ ecological problems and creating sustainable solutions for them. You will work with all levels of technical expertise from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields.
