Job Number: R0192197Strategic Teaming Partner Senior ManagerKey Role:Lead staffing initiatives for a set of strategic, priority pursuits across the Civil Sector and contribute to the growth of the federal civilian portfolio by bringing forward staffing excellence from both delivery and capture experience. Work closely with capture executives and senior leaders from solutioning, pricing, and competitive intelligence perspectives to build robust and resilient staffing plans for large, technically complex programs that the firm is bidding. Work with solutions leaders to understand the nuances of requirements, pricing experts to address pricing sensitivities of clients, and capture leaders to address socio-economic small business requirements and other capture dimensions to include incumbent insights, surge requirements, and geographic location requirements. Work across the Civil Sector on priority pursuits to create a model for assessing, aligning, and committing key personnel to the growing Booz Allen portfolio of Software Factory programs at scale. Bring forward expertise in building staffing plans that have been well received by government evaluators to address risk mitigation, operational excellence, hiring, recruiting, and retention. Drive engagement with external senior executives, including program, capture, solutioning, pricing, and recruiting.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience working in technology and federal market consulting organizationsExperience building successful staffing plans and delivery teamsExperience applying a consultative approach to solve complex client challengesExperience with business development and delivery, including on staffing for internal and external candidates ranging from teaming partners, to recruiting firms, to recruited candidatesExperience dealing with a whole spectrum of technology talent including software factory, software development, UCD, and AI/MLAbility to advance our value proposition of our bid staff to both evaluators during capture and proposal phasesAbility to conduct internal senior-level briefings on the value proposition of our staffing plans as a differentiator in our strategic pursuitsAbility to deliver compelling and effective senior level presentations and demonstrations in both virtual and live environmentsAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor’s degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with CTAs, JVs, and traditional prime or subExperience with staffing teams for capture and deliveryExperience with the federal marketExperience working with teaming and channel partnersAbility to pay strict attention to detail and follow-upAbility to show an excellent command of pricing considerations for staffing purposesAbility to work cross-functionally and display a passion for business developmentPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Create Your Career:Grow With UsYour growth matters to us-that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
