The SVP, Organization Design Advisor is part of the newly formed Organization Design team formed to support Citi’s global transformation efforts and organization simplification agenda.We are at a pivotal moment of redefinition across our franchise as we transform our risk and control environment to one that is stronger and simpler. The primary focus of this role is to support the evaluation of the current organization structures and shape the design of simpler and more effective future state organization structures.Organization design is a key strategic lever to realize simplification and clarify accountabilities during large scale change and transformation.
