ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Systems and Analytics) is the primary technical support for current and future maintenance, optimization, implementation, and integrations related to Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, ensuring system functionality and usability. This role has a dual reporting structure, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, indirectly to the Director of HR Operations, and also partners with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.This role will be responsible for TA related metrics; including, but not limited to, gathering data, updating scorecards on a monthly or as needed basis and providing other ad hoc metrics, as needed.The essential functions of this position include:Ownership and maintenance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM Database, and other technology platforms and systems to manage the sourcing and recruiting process.Continuously evaluates and enhances TA systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.Provide technical subject matter expertise (SME) and training to all approved end-users around the implementation, optimization and streamlining integrations of the ATS and CRM, with other HR systems.Act as project lead for talent systems including development of operational and business requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Will collaborate with HR Operations, IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and configuration.Configure, update, and test all pre-approved forms and fields including system documents and communications related to recruiting, screening, selection, and onboarding employees. Will work with the HR Operations department to ensure seamless data integration with the HRIS system.Maintain integrity of talent systems, onboarding and agency system data in the HRIS system by conducting routine audits of data, processes, and user access.Proactively review the data exchange to external job boards validating postings are complete, compliant, and competitive; make recommendations as needed to adjust content or layout to improve job posting advertisements.Support all advanced routine and ad-hoc reporting for talent systems with tasks including but not limited to producing, reconciling, and publishing scorecards, dashboards, and reports requested by HR Operations, HR Business Partners or other TA and organizational leadership.Work closely with systems vendors to resolve any systems-related issues, implement required updates, and design and maintain system interfaces. Will collaborate with HR Op and IT to resolve the issues as needed.Provide in-depth analysis of branding and recruitment marketing outcomes.Provide TA performance metrics and reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as required. Provides ad hoc data as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for the contingent caregiver workforce by collaborating with essential internal stakeholders and vendors, overseeing contracts, and verifying the accuracy of data related to contingent labor.Develop talent strategy and plans (including advising of resource allocation for staffing plans) for the business by leveraging data.Serve as a key TA performance and analytics resource by sustaining relationships with HR leaders and business partners.Support sourcing and recruitment strategies by analyzing labor markets and making recommendations to TA leadership.Assist and support TA leadership in creating TA performance KPIs and SLAs and adjusting per key data sources.
