Technical Product Manager

The Platform team works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for rich features and functionality for enterprise Platforms to support our guest experience. The team works very closely with application teams and product managers in the Cloud & Infrastructure space to ensure roadmaps are created and managed according to the requirements needed to solve the high priority problems within each roadmap. The team is organized, values research, great at facilitation, problem solving and bringing the right skill sets together to ensure we have aligned requirements to enhance our guest experience across our digital properties. Translating business strategy into feature/project requirements is a specialty of this team.Length: 6-month contract w/ high possibility of extension Location: Seattle or Vancouver, BC Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.Role & ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with other Platform Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned. Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood. Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams. Experience and functional requirements gatheringOwning the Product Roadmap, Initiatives and Sprint BacklogsIncluding dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements gatheringAligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with StakeholdersUtilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of Product Manager experience within Technology industryExperience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesDemonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmapsDemonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the guests need at top of mindDesired Qualifications Experience with Hashicorp Vault Enterprise and Hashicorp Terraform Cloud
