In this model the Business defines What and Why, Technology determines the How.People & Places Technology team is looking for a Technology Partner with experience in business system analysis, data analytics, talent acquisition expertise and end to end HR domain knowledge. If you have strong experience building scalable global Talent Acquisition processes and systems and looking to further evolve your expertise in the HR Tech space, then this is the role for you!As the People & Places Tech Partner you will play a critical role in designing our global HR systems. You are someone who can operate as a designer, both business process and technical requirements, and a product manager to ensure implemented solutions deliver awesome experiences.In this demanding and fast-paced role, you will identify business requirements that enable great experiences, system enhancements that are scalable and sustainable long-term, and work closely with stakeholders and technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of working products.You will be responsible for contributing to large cross-functional initiatives and implementations that enable us to create amazing experiences for our most important asset – our people – to help us achieve our mission of ‘Maximizing the Potential of our Employees’ and accelerate Intuit’s business growth.ResponsibilitiesKey liaison between People & Places and our technology teams focused on establishing, assessing, and executing the People & Places Technology RoadmapProvide consultation and strategic vision as a trusted partner to the business in assessing technology needsEngage with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to understand and drive business strategies, foundational processes, talent initiatives, and address gaps and areas of opportunities with scalable, standardized, and simple technology solutions where possibleProvide consultation and recommendations to the business and technology teams on the People & Places technology roadmap based on the long term strategy, business focus, and areas of opportunitiesWork with project sponsors, functional and technology team leaders to craft and confirm project objectivesFacilitate the creation and maintenance of the People & Places Technology Portfolio with multiple, concurrent People & Places technology projects of varying complexity, providing consultation, strategic vision, and innovative solutionsDrive the intake process for new technology project requests and clearly articulate to stakeholders the status and next steps for each requestEstablish clear communication channels and cadence with key stakeholders to share decisions, priorities, and relevant project/intake informationPartner closely with People & Places Project Managers, Program Management, Business Owners and Tech Team to drive exceptional project resultsContribute to overall project planning, build, test, execution and success as needed for technical projects/implementationsPerform business analysis, gather, develop and craft clear business requirements on behalf of the business, foundational to all technology projectsFacilitate and assist with planning of design sessions to capture business and system requirementsCreate documentation artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, and Test PlansEnsure the build of the solution is meeting the project objectives, keeping the original problem statement top of mind, and ensuring the technology investment provides the expected ROI and valueTrack and ensure visibility to ongoing engagement, adoption, measurement, outcomes, and success; taking lessons learned forward to expand, improve and evolve technology solutionsUse data to inform engagement, adoption, and success of technology projectsWork with the business and tech teams to identify and recommend system improvements, process gaps, new features, and functionality that will enhance the HR Technology landscape
