The Software Engineering Program Office is looking for an Engineering Project Manage r to manage Wireless Technology projects. You will need experience with software development fundamentals, proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with an amazing engineering team to develop ground-breaking initiatives on embedded systems. Key Qualifications Hands on project management experience in leading and shipping complex software projects. Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Experience project managing complex, cross-functional projects. Great attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience. Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolutions. Ideal for a self-starter who is highly organized and has shown success in establishing relationships. Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings. Experience supporting embedded software development is preferred. Understanding of Digital Payment ecosystem – PNOs, Issuer, Acquirer, Payment Processor, and Point of Sale solution is a big plus. Description * Responsible for feature definition to planning to delivery, own all aspects of program execution. * Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation. * Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and effectively. * Drive cross functional teams and decision-making process. * Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status both at engineering and executive levels. * Dive into new technology areas and ramp up fast. Education & Experience BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,000 and $230,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
