Youll be a critical partner to the leadership team organizing staff meetings, calibrating the overall operating rhythm of the business, and driving initiatives out of the office of the CEO.This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to learn quickly, synthesize ideas, partner with key stakeholders, and execute. At times, youll be driving the companys overall rhythm of the business through operational reviews, leadership off-sites, and company-wide events. At other times, youll be identifying opportunities for improvement across the business and working with the right leaders to make an impact swiftly. Your ultimate goal is to ensure the CEOs time is used most effectively in our results-driven culture. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a growth-stage company and gain firsthand experience scaling a business.RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, employees, and clients.Provide strategic support to the CEO by preparing materials and advising on key decisions and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.Assist with administrative items as necessary to ensure meetings are productive and action items are delegated and tracked to completionSuccinctly update the CEO on important issues, supported with facts and recommendations to aid decision-making.Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the CEO on progress toward achieving company goals.Provide analytical support by creating reports & presentations for the various projectsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field4 years experience in management consulting, financial services, investment banking, or other highly strategic, analytical positionsStrong executive communication skills and tangible experience synthesizing complex details into accessible and precise deliverables for C-level leadersProven project management experience – you can think across multiple dimensions of a business and work cross-functionally to deliver resultsVery comfortable with a fast-paced, high-demand, always-evolving environmentEager to grow professionally, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job doneEntrepreneurial mindset, curious and excited about rapid-growth start-upProficient in Google Suite, Excel & Powerpoint (CRM knowledge is a plus)Must be based in the Greater Chicago area and willing to come onsite to our downtown Chicago officeBenefits**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. was recently selected as one of the top 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in Chicago and we pride ourselves on our team culture and shared passion for working together to solve meaningful problems in health care to improve patient lives.
