Youll be a critical partner to the leadership team organizing staff meetings, calibrating the overall operating rhythm of the business, and driving initiatives out of the office of the CEO.This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to learn quickly, synthesize ideas, partner with key stakeholders, and execute. At times, youll be driving the companys overall rhythm of the business through operational reviews, leadership off-sites, and company-wide events. At other times, youll be identifying opportunities for improvement across the business and working with the right leaders to make an impact swiftly. Your ultimate goal is to ensure the CEOs time is used most effectively in our results-driven culture.
