Tool Division Manager

The overall objectives of this position are to deliver Berco Tool Division quality products and customer services which meet or exceed customer and industry standards, to meet or exceed the profitability goals of the Tool Division, and to build successful customer relationships. The Tool Division Manager provides supervision, direction, and leadership to the Berco organization. The Manager of the Tool Division supports the organization and the processes and procedures designed to expand and create opportunities for the Berco Company. This position requires a high level of cooperation with other Berco departments to achieve customer satisfaction and timely delivery of Berco products. Will work side by side with National Sales Manager to grow and expand tool sales nationally.Primary Qualifications:Sales, inventory management jewelry makingMinimum 5 years experience in jewelry manufacturingPrimary Responsibilities:Create and execute plans and programs, both short and long-range, to support and achieve a profitable contribution to the Berco Company for the activities of the Tool Division.Support and train the Berco Representative network on the Tool Division projects and products and develop an effective promotion program for the sales team.Support the Tool Division and the general Berco product lines with marketing support and creative advertising outreach.Manage and handle all trade show activity for the tool division.Review and support pricing policies.Customer support regarding quality issues and/or delivery questions.Create & build sales and marketing plans for the tool divisionProvide technical support and inquiry from all customers regarding tools.Research new products for the tool division.Manage vendor and client relationships.Purchase all tool products, manage tool inventory and conduct annual countsBecome a student of the industry.Attend 4 to 7 National trade shows annually offsiteOther Job-related duties as assigned.Salary Information: Hourly Employee with Overtime ($50,000 to $75,000)Known for innovative design and exceptional customer service, Berco Jewelry Co. is an industry leader dedicated to the success of our independent retail jewelers.
